Are you able to shop in-store?

Customers are able to shop in-store from 9am-10pm on Sunday to Wednesday and 9am-12am on Thursday to Saturday with restrictions. All customers are to follow social distancing guidelines.

Does Medizin offer curbside pick-up?

Medizin does not currently offer curbside pick-up but will offer curbside in the near future. However, we recommend Planet 13’s curbside pick-up services.

Does Medizin offer delivery?

Medizin does not offer delivery but our other location Planet 13 does offer delivery. All deliveries include free delivery with a necessary $50 pre-tax minimum purchase.

Can I place an order over the phone?

You can not order over the phone. All purchases and ordering will be done in store-only.

Does Medizin offer any deals?

Customers can find our deals listed on our menu under the category “Specials” on the left sidebar. You can also sign up for our loyalty program to get a daily text with our different daily deals. Cannot combine discounts. Some exclusions may apply. Excludes applicable taxes.

How do I become a loyalty member?

You can sign up for our loyalty program on our Medizin website.

Can I use my Planet 13 loyalty points at Medizin?

No, unfortunately your points do not carry over from Planet 13 to Medizin at this time.

Will Medizin deals be honored at Planet 13?

The daily deals from Medizin will only be honored at Medizin.

What are my available payment methods for online ordering?

Medizin is currently accepting both cash and bank issued debit cards at this time. With our debit card transactions, our system will round up to nearest $5 increment, with the remaining balance given back in cash. For debit cards there will be a $3 transaction fee. Change will be able to be given when possible. Please be aware that your bank may charge an additional out-of-network fee for using the debit system.
